The Essentience 12-week program  

We believe growth is not about becoming someone new. It’s about becoming more fully yourself - aligned, aware and alive in every layer of your being.


Across twelve weeks, you engage with practices and tools drawn from the Four Pillars developing your physical vitality, emotional balance, intellectual clarity, and spiritual grounding.

The process begins with a collaborative intake session where we explore your current life patterns, challenges and aspirations. We look at where energy flows easily and where it stalls, where you feel aligned and where you sense disconnection. From there, we collaboratively create a pathway tailored to your current needs. For example: rebuilding physical strength, reshaping habits, navigating transitions or rediscovering a sense of meaning at work.

Progress
As the program progresses, you will receive regular one-on-one sessions designed to challenge, support and expand you. These sessions combine physical movement, breathwork, reflective dialogue, mindfulness exercises and personalised practices that meet you where you are. You may find yourself moving in nature, exploring new somatic practices, working through stuck patterns or opening up new perspectives on your thinking and choices.

We do not offer a fixed curriculum. The program is co-created and adapts as you grow, remaining aligned to the deeper goals you created. Progress is measured not by external benchmarks but by the lived experience of increased vitality, emotional steadiness, mental focus and personal alignment.

Completion
By the end of twelve weeks, you will not have “completed” something and have not "arrived" anywhere; you have built a foundation for ongoing, grounded development - one that you can carry forward independently, equipped with tools, insights and a renewed sense of agency in your life.

Our movement practices help you build strength, endurance, mobility and physical resilience. These sessions rewire postural imbalances, restore energy and regain the confidence to perform with lasting vitality.

Meditative Practices 

Meditation guidance.

Cultivate mental clarity and emotional balance through guided meditation and breath-led awareness. These practices train your attention, quiet the mind and regulate the nervous system - helping you develop a deeper connection to the present moment.

Through our meditative practices you learn to observe thoughts and emotions without judgment and create space for more intentional responses. You will increase focus, reduce reactivity and build greater stress resilience.

The Heart offers stillness as the ground from which conscious action arises.

Reflective Practices 

Strategic journaling.

Build self-understanding through guided reflection, structured journaling and dialogues. These practices bring awareness to your patterns, thoughts and responses, helping you identify what drives your choices and how to shift them.

Consistency in reflective practices fosters perspective, mental clarity, accountability and internal coherence. They give structure to insight and offer practical tools for navigating complexity. You will be encouraged to track patterns and test beliefs with more coherence and agency.

Exploratory Practices

When I first met Tarik back in 2019, I was in my late thirties and beginning to feel the shift. Long hours at a desk, constant market pressure at work, overeating, no real training habits.. I wasn’t taking care of myself physically or mentally. I felt heavy, stressed, and disconnected from my body.

A friend recommended Tarik, and I decided to give it a try, not knowing that this would be the start of a transformation far beyond the gym.

To my surprise, the first sessions weren’t about lifting weights at all. We focused on breathing, posture, and the basics I never realized I was missing.

Tarik made me realize I had absolutely no idea what I was doing in the gym until I worked with him. Every exercise suddenly had meaning and we touched on posture, breathing, core engagement and the pause. He turned simple movements into mindful practice with impact.

From there, things started changing quickly. What used to be a random collection of exercises became a structured, intentional approach to movement. Discomfort became something to lean into instead of run from.

Training with Tarik changed how I view pain, challenge, and limiting beliefs. He helped me become a better version of myself both physically, mentally, and in how I show up in daily life.

With time, discipline, and his support, I lost 20 kilos steadily and without extremes. When I went back for a full health assessment, my cholesterol had normalized, my visceral fat had dropped, and my body-fat percentage was finally where it needed to be.

Under his guidance I lost 20 kilos, reversed my cholesterol issues, and improved every health marker.

At work also things started changing and something became very clear: the way I handled stress, pressure, and volatility had changed just as much as my body. I was calmer, more focused, more composed. Decisions came easier, even in difficult moments.

Tarik didn’t just train my body, he trained my resilience. He taught me to stay composed under stress by practicing presence under physical pressure.

Today, I don’t train to look better or to chase numbers. I train to build a mind that stays steady. I train to meet discomfort with clarity. I train to show up as my best self and be physically strong, mentally grounded, emotionally more aware, and more capable in the moments that matter.

Working with Tarik set off a ripple effect in every part of my life. And I can confidently say: it was one of the best decisions I ever made.
