1) Open Cohort: For anyone who is ready to prioritise their health and inner peace so you can build a lifestyle that does not allow you to crumble under pressure.

2) Men's Cohort: For men in the age of 45-60 who want to take control of their health, build strength and live with inner peace, confidence and compassion.

The Revelation

At age 55, many experiences provided me with a deep understanding of life's phases: a former senior nurse, personal trainer, life coach and most importantly a father of 6 and a huasband for 31 years.

Life unfolds through challenges and perhaps injuries, emotional trauma or anxiety. These invite us to enter a path of self-discovery and healing, expanding on our perspectives, with deepened compassion and a humbled ego.

In the fast moving world stress and lack of self care leading to a normalised level of burnout and dissatisfaction with oneself is rising rapidly. When you take control of your health, build discipline and learn to create a sustained sense of inner peace, you will experience your life with more confidence and joy.

I have spent a lifetime learning about myself through the challenges that I have faced. Every challenge has a lesson for us to enhance our evolution. Once I realised this, my perspective expanded, my fear dissipated and my life experience transcended, leading me to live a life of purpose to help others find their strength, peace and purpose.

At Essentience, I help support people on their path of this realisation and epanded perspective. I coach people to achieve their personal goals of physical health, increased energy, confidence and a strong sense of inner peace.

Essentience Personal Development starts with clearly identifying first where you are leaking energy from you physical self. This could be: consistent back pain, lack of sleep, too much coffee, not exercising correctly based on your current state, poor breathing mechanics or constant worry.

By addressing these first, you will understand with honesty the landscape of your path for personal development and set matching expectations.

Through our 60-minute personal training and advisory sessions we strategically mend the energy leaks with real time advice to apply immediately and clear demonstration of the practices. There will be weekly check-ins to make sure you are on track and feel supported at times when it matters the most.

You will train with me either in-person or online, during which you will learn training techniques, how to utilise the breath during exercise and develop mental resilience during discomfort. You will find new pathways of improving your health without taking up extra time from your day and develop a strategy that works for you to achieve more energy, strength and inner peace.

This is about mastering the basics, the foundational stones of the path to your personal development transformation. I become your sherpa along the rugged terrain of change until you can walk it alone with confidence.
